1. You will receive a call confirming your appointment. If anything changes just give us a call. 

2. Next, you will receive a call when your service technician is on the way.

3. Once our friendly professional service tech arrives to your property, they will confer with you and get straight to work addressing your problem. 

4. Once completed, we will recheck everything to make certain the problem is resolved and no new problems arise as well.  

5. The tech will clean up after himself and confer with you on what was done and advise you on any follow-up that may be required.
